Have you ever considered giving Yoga a try to see what everybody is talking about these days?
The 10 week Beginner Course at Bali Yoga Wien gives you the opportunity to see for yourself what Yoga is all about and what it can do for you.
During the course of 10 weeks we will learn different positions (asanas) and how to sequence them so we can flow from one into the next. We will explore different breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation and dive into the theoretical background of yoga and relate it practically to our experiences on and off the mat.
