Online Classes

Yoga and Pilates Online classes starting on Monday 22nd of November 2021.

Online classes are up and running so we can stay connected and continue practicing Yoga and Pilates together even if you are in a lockdown.

If you want to take classes with me, you can purchase session passes and view the timetable here. 

Once you are registered you can join the class via this website.

Need motivation to take an online classes?

It can be very difficult to find motivation to join an online class, especially when we have to stay home and most of our lives are already happening online.

There are so many reasons why we feel it may not be possible to join a class from home: not enough room, not wanting to exercise where we work, sleep, hang out, etc., roommates, kids, partners, and maybe pets who share our space and may be disrupting a calming and relaxing practice. We could all think of so many more reasons.

But, these classes are also a great way to connect with others while we are stuck at home. Not only are we doing something physical, but we are also taking care of ourselves mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. These lockdowns affect all of us differently and bring up different things for us. Especially Yoga, as a holistic practice, can help us navigate these various emotional and mental states we may experience.

So, if you are not feeling super motivated, maybe you can think of it as an opportunity for connection, and a safe space to come as you are. We won’t need a lot of room for the things we are doing – as long as you can roll out a mat or have a soft carpet – you are good. If you are sharing your space with other people, ask them to join. Kids, partners, roommates and pets are always welcome (My son may even pop in every now and then 😉 )

And one last thing, if you want to join but finances are tight, let me know and we will work something out. These are difficult times and I am here to offer support where I can.
